I dunno, 5 weeks is a long time. With the belly in that picture, you'd think she gave birth yesterday. Maybe it was just a bad angle.
My belly still looks almost like that 16 months after giving birth, mate! In five weeks, the uterus hasn't even shrunk down to its unpregnant size, let alone extra fluid due to hormones, muscles which had stretched massively (in some cases even separated), extra fat which protects the baby during pregnancy....
